Marriage certificate:

After having the promiss of thr future marriage between Yves Guiomarch (spelled with an “i” or a “y” ; the ending “ch” is mute so often not written) son of Jean and Catherine Barbot from the parish of Trévou-Tréguignec living in that of Coatréven and Hélène Michel daughter of Jean Michel and Marie Le Gall form the parish of Louannec and living in this parish and after having proclaimed the banns … I undersigned rector of Trélévern publicly interrogated the said Yves Guiomarch and Hélène Michel and from their mutual consent solemnly taken in front of our mother holy Church I married them in presence of Jean Guiomarch father of the said groom, Jean Michel father of the said bride, Jean Le Perf, François Terry and others and I gave them the wedding benediction at Trélévern on January 11 1734


Death certificate:

Yves Guiomar widower of Hélène Michel aged about 82 died on September 1st 1785 and was buried the next day in the cemetery of this church by the undersigned rector in presence of his two sons François of whom only the eldest signs and Yves Hamon his son in law who does not sign

Helaine (Hélène) Michel twin of the said Jeanne (the record of this Jeane twin is immediately before this one) Michel born afterwards the said day i.e. the 6th of June 1709, legitimate daughter of Jan Michel and Marie Le Gall and was baptized the said day and year by the undersigned rector on the sacred fonts of the parochial church of Louannec, godfather and godmother were Pierre Le Flem and Helaine Le Perf who cannot sign like the said Michel

Hélène Le Michel aged about 66 died … after receiving all the sacraments on August 28 1768 and was buried the next day in the cemetery of Saint Guénolé (name of the church) in presence of Yves Guiomar her widower, François, Marguerite, Catherine Guiomar her children, Jacques Cogean and several others who declared being unable to sign
