Birth certificate:
The ninth day of March (1661) the undersigned rector of Q-G. certifies having baptized on the fonts of the said Q-G. a girl born the same day from the legitimate wedding of François Mourinet (different spelling) and marguerite Gelin (Gélin) her father and mother residing in the said parish ; she was called Jacquette, godfather and godmother were Lorant (Laurent) Le Caïn and Jacquette Gelin the above mentioned day of 1661.
Death certificate:
Jacquette Moulinet wife of Yves Le Garz (another mistake ! He means Quilgars ; Le Garz is a common name in Q-G. and the priest got mixed up, or he was half deaf, or drunk … yes it happened !) of the parish of Q-G aged about 50 died … the 23rd of July 1709 and the next day she was buried by the undersigned in presence of her husband, Louis Malcafat and Sylvestre Le Vey and several others who do not sign
Yves Quilgars remarried on 09/09/1711 with Renée Le Gonidec in Q-G.. His second wife was still alive at his death.

She was born in 1661 which would make him 7 years younger which is unusual.
There is no trace of any Quilgars family in Q-G. between 1658 and 1668.
In September 1669 there is a wedding of a Jacques Quilgars with Anne Kerhardy. I do not believe that they can be the parents of Yves as indicated by one person on Geneanet (without any proof).
So Yves was probably born in another parish but I do not know which one.”

The 31st of July 1690 after the engagement and the banns duly made in the church of Q-G. without any canonical or civil empeachment I undersigned priest of the parish interrogated publicly in the said church Yvon Quilgars and Jacquette Gelin (here the priest uses the surname of her mother rather than Moulinet her father’s name ; we have to assume that this is a mistake) both from Q-G and from their mutual consent solemnly taken I married them in presence of Thierry …, Marie Le Pladoc, Louise Le Guen and others who do not sign …

Yves Quilgars residing in Pen Ar C’rech in the “dîmerie” (place of collection of the tithe, tax payable to the Church) of Trehervé died aged about 60 after receiving the sacraments and his body was buried in the parochial church of Q-G. the 17th of November 1728 the day following his death ; assisted to the convoy Renée Le Gonidec, his wife, François and Roland Quilgars his children and other relatives and friends who declared not knowing how to sign

They got married in Q-G. on September 26 1666 and have children in 1670, 1672, 1673, 1675 etc. They do have a son Yves in 1687 who cannot be your ancestor.
So my conclusion is that they cannot be the parents of your Yves.
Your Yves is supposed to have been born around 1668. I checked the records until 1664 and did not find any trace of the name of Quilgars.
So we have to assume that he was born elsewhere but we have no indication about the place.”
