Notes for Yves Le Perf
Birth certificate:

Yves Le Perf legitimate son of another Yves Le Perf and Marie Hamon his wife, born on the 17th of July 1738 was baptized the same day by the undersigned rector, godfather and godmother were Yves Héloury and Marguerite Le Perf who declared being unable to sign

Note from Xavier: “This record changes the whole picture. These Yves father and Marie Hamon mother cannot be the ones who marry in 1702 in Trélévern. This Marie Hamon was born in 1678 and would be 60 at the birth of her son. Impossible !
I was misled by others but have been struggling with this issue for a while. I’ll keep digging to sort it out completely.”

Marriage certificate:

This day May 30 1768 Yves Le Perf born in the parish of Ploezal and living in Minihy son “majeur” (in those days the civil majority was 25) of late Yves Le Perf and late Marie Hamon on the one hand and Marie Yvone (proper spelling is Yvonne) Sybile daughter of Charles Sybile and Francoise Le Guen born and living in Minihy on the other hand … were married in the presence of the parents of the bride, Joseph, Francoise, Catherine and Marie Josephe Sybile her brother and sisters, Louis and Francoise her half-brother and half-sister, Francois Derrien and Francois Le Moing her brothers in law, Jan (Jean) and Francoise Le Perf brother and daughter of the groom and others …”
Notes for Marie Yvonne (Spouse 1)

Marie Yvonne Cibil (= Sybil = Sybille) legitimate daughter of Charles Cibil and Françoise Le Guen his wife was born in the parish of Minihy on the 13th of December 1748 and baptized the same day … by the undersigned rector godfather and godmother were honorable persons Yves Rouaud who signs and Marie Dagorn who does not the father present does not sign

Death certificate:

The 5th of April 1834
Death of Marie Yvonne Subil (it seems that the name which was earlier Sybil/Sibil evolved to Subil) born in Minihy department of Côtes du Nord (today (Côtes d’Armor) aged 89 profession spinner residing in Tréguier, who died this day at 5 pm, daughter of the late Rolland and Françoise Le Guen, widow of Yves Le Perf
Declaration made by Félix Le Perf, residing in Tréguier, aged 60, profession daily worker, son of the dead …

The second witness is not a relative, both witnesses cannot sign.

IMPORTANT NOTE
I am more and more inclined to think that the Yves Le Perf who dies in Camlez in 1806 is not the right one. He is supposed to be 68 and born in Camlez from Vincent Le Perf and Françoise Le Guen.
He cannot be the son of Yves Le Perf and Marie Hamon who are born, marry and die in Trélevern. The wedding is in 1702. They cannot have a son in Ploëzal in 1738. So there 2 Yves Le Perf and 2 Marie Yvonne Subil.
Your ancestors are the ones who marry in 1768 in Minihy Tréguier. The parents of Yves are Yves Le Perf and Marie Hamon and the parents of Marie Yvonne Subil are Charles and Françoise Le Guen.
Conclusion : the Marie Yvonne Subil who dies in Tréguier in 1834 is not the right one but the wife of the other Yves Le Perf. She is daughter of Rolland (and not Charles as you noted) Subil and Françoise Le Guen (who is another Françoise Le Guen). We’ll see when we get more records.
