Steve,

In 1991 the Church of the Latter Day Saints made a record of every legible stone here in the Neshaminy-Warwick Cemetery. Unfortunately there are no records of a Jacob or Anna Rapp.
But we do show that there are three people with the last name of Rapp buried in our cemetery. Their stones only had legible dates of death. They are:
Name d.o.d.
George H. Rapp 5/21/1841
Margaret Rapp 3/20/1850
Michael Rapp 1/14/1831

Margaret and Michael are buried in the same section of the cemetery; George is buried in a different section.

Other than the above information I do not have any other records here. The records we have here at the church date back to the 1940s. Anything older would be at the Presbyterian Historical Society located in Philadelphia, PA.
Their website is https://www.history.pcusa.org/ They even have a lot of records that you can request right from their website.

Good luck in your search!

Peace,
Cheryl Overton
