Notes for Rebecca (Spouse 1)
Called 3.21.14 to Lycoming County Courthouse and they looked her up and found no death record of any kind for Rebecca Arthur there. They said it simply might not exist if there was nothing to probate, etc. or perhaps she died elsewhere.
Obituary notes for Rebecca (Spouse 1)
Mrs. Rebecca Arthur, who dies in Lewis Township, Northumberland county, a few days ago, at the advanced age of 92 years, was the oldest person in that section of the county.

[Taken from a local newspaper archive in Northumberland County. The low-res scanned file is in her folder.]

In Lot 252 at the Old Turbotville Cemetery are:

(re Mary C., the book does say d/o J.M. & S, and the first person I listed above does say James N., but these are probably the same person, i.e., J.M. is probably James N.)

ARTHUR, Otis L., b. 1848; d. 1893

ARTHUR, Jennie, (d/o Ira E. and Mary E.) b. 1915; d. 1931
